Test facility Plantahof

The third generation of the ALPIN QUATTRO® system was built at the Plantahof test facility.

The test facility was built for various reasons, for example to check the steps and pre-assembly times according to the planning. Positioning was carried out directly based on the digital model, for which a specially developed app was tested. The drill rig was also aligned using digital drilling axes (3D lines).

Due to its proximity, the test facility can also be used for other tests, such as for different types of cover plates, table-to-table connections, etc.

The location at Plantahof was chosen because the test facility is also being scientifically monitored by Plantahof in order to investigate the behaviour of the cows and the dual use of grazing and solar power plant.
